Information: Rakugo Meetings

Sushi Yoshi, which has a restaurant in Zoshigaya, will hold a rakugo party to commemorate the 60th anniversary of its opening.

As part of their contribution to the local community, they have chosen the main hall of Seiryuin as the venue for the event.

The following is an outline of the event.

Rakugo Performance

Shiga Prefecture’s first Edo-style rakugo performer. He has a wide range of material from the classics to his own compositions, and has been reorganizing buried classics and Kamigata rakugo, as well as
His unique activities, such as “business card rakugo,” in which he uses corporate and personal profiles as rakugo, have also been well received.
He holds regular study sessions at the National Engei Theatre, which is unusual for a young performer, and also makes efforts to make appearances in the media, such as at stores.
Since coming to Tokyo, he has come to like red tuna.
